WHERE DO I GO TO CLAIM MY LOTTERY PRIZE?

  • Prizes less than US$ 1,000 may be redeemed at the retailer mentioned on your ticket.
  • Prizes above US$ 1,000 must be claimed at the Bonaire Lottery office, Kaya Italia #3. Identification must be presented.
  • All prizes above US$ 500 during the weekend must be claimed on Monday.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY LOTTERY PRIZE?

Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the draw date.

WHAT PERCENTAGE IN TAXES WILL THE LOTTERY WITHHOLD FROM MY PRIZE?

The Tax Office requires that Bonaire Lottery withholds 10 percent tax (game of chance tax) from prizes greater than US $ 600.

WHAT HAPPENS TO PRIZES THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED?

The funds from expired tickets or tickets not claimed will be used for donation or for second chance promotions.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY MONEY WHEN I CLAIM A PRIZE?
